I am the Principal of Omega Solicitors & Advocates. I have been a supervising solicitor of teams of legal practitioners in different solicitor firms which includes Children Panel Members, solicitors, trainees, and case workers for the past 5 years, before setting up my own firm. Before qualifying as a solicitor in 2018, I have worked at the OISC’s highest level (Level 3) handling complex immigration cases since 2010, including representing clients at the Immigration chambers before Immigration Judges and supporting my community in every little way possible.
I am a solicitor-advocate with higher rights of audience (civil) and as a result I have vast knowledge of advocacy skills in presenting cases before Judges from the junior to the higher courts. I represent clients from tribunal to the high court on a regular basis.
I also take instructions from solicitors as an advocate especially on legal aid matters as I hold advocate account with the Legal Aid Agency as a solicitor-advocate and I can advance your case to the highest court in the land if your case has such merits.
I have significant experience in representing clients as both Applicants and Respondents in a wide range of Immigration, housing, family and childcare matters including;
